In 1951 one couple, Bill and Vonette Bright, stepped out in faith to begin Campus Crusade for Christ at UCLA in Los Angeles. In their first year over 250 students came to know Christ and the movement began.

Their rallying cry was ‘reach the campus today, win the world tomorrow’. They recognised that university students were the world’s future influencers.

As this student movement grew, it rapidly spread to other campuses and many sectors of society. Today Campus Crusade for Christ International (CCCI) has ministries in over 190 countries.

In Cru Fiji we are proud to continue this legacy: On campus and on field, in churches, families, and communities.
